This year was a fun year of dressing up. As the kids get older it is always a little challenging to dress up but the two older ones made the best of it this year. They even got some candy!

Twin Cities 10K

This year I did the Twin Cities 10K. Heidi (Ben's cousin) came up from AZ. It was a great race even though it was 28 degrees out.

Happy 8th Bday

Tyler turned 8!!! He loves being a firefighter and so that was the theme once again. We had just family over to celebrate. He got some cool legos and some other fun gifts.

Women Rock

I ran the Women's Rock 10k in St. Paul. Over 5000 women ran this race. What a great way to support women and part went to Breast Cancer.  After the race we had our champagne but I prefer water after a hot race like that. I accomplished my goal of under an hour!

Race Time

It is that time of year, me and my races!! This one was a run bike run. I didn't bike this one this year. My friend Joe did the biking-thank goodness. It was a very humid day for a run but I did it and had a good time!!
