Dad doing a demo

Ben did a demo to the high school students of what could happen on Prom night.  Tyler and I went to take pictures and of course watch dad in action. Tyler loved watching all the emergency vehicles and sirens on the scene.

First Run

Well I just ran my first 5k today. The weather was 42 in the morning, pretty cold start but the sun did come out and warmed up a little bit.  Out of 1054 I got 53rd and my time was 26.40.  I guess that is pretty good, now I have a time to beat next time I do it again which I think it will be soon.  I love races even though I feel like I am going to throw up at the end of the race.  Hopefully I will get some pictures on here soon.

Church

The church service.  Tyler and Allison ended up in the back of the church with meeme and papa making her crazy. With the church being full and full of kids you didn't even notice Tyler being himself :) Justin did a great job, he even tasted the wine.  Which he said tastes like medicine and the bread was like paper.

First Communion

Justin had his First Communion today. He said he was a little nervous but he did a great job!  We had a great time with our family and friends afterwards.

Woodies

Here are some of our Wood ducks that are in our pond.  We have five sets in our pond- good thing we have enough nests out there that Ben and the kids made.  They are so much fun to watch.  Soon I'll be posting pictures of our babies!!

Happy Easter

Happy Easter to All!! We had a great Easter.  Woke up and found out that the Easter Bunny was here.  He left Easter baskets- which were hidden in the house, in the dryer, in the pantry, and in the cupboard. Silly bunny!!  He also hid eggs outside!  We had great weather to find them too finally!

Happy Birthday Justin

Justin is now 8 years old!! He got a new bike and helmet from mom and dad.  Now we are ready to take our long bike rides.
