We went to the Indy 500, What a great experience!! It was a record breaking 92 degrees at the race and it was HOT!! We had great seats by the second turn. The day before the race we went to the parade, front row seats, and saw all the racers and floats and many other fun things. I think we all have some great memories of this great event.
During our long weekend we went to Wis. Dells for some water fun. There was no one there, so we got to use the water slides as much as we wanted to with no lines. The kids had a blast and the adults were like kids to going down the water slides.
Happy Mother's Day!! Today my mom, mother in law, sister in law, Ben's aunt, and my kids ran a Mother's day 5k around Como Park. What a great way to start the morning, and the weather was beautiful.
Papa took Justin turkey hunting for the first time!! They had a blast!! And yes they got a turkey! I think they both learned a lot from each other :) What a great experience for Justin.
Allison was in a skating show this past weekend. She did a wonderful job and had a ton of fun. We had grandparents and her special guest- her cousin, Meredith there. After spending countless hours at the rink this week and freezing my toes off, it was well worth it. Allison has improved so much and is having so much fun. Maybe next year we can get Tyler do to a show!!
